Purpose of the training  

During the Training ISCC EU Foundation you are introduced to the most relevant parts within the certification scheme ISCC EU for parties active in the feedstock & raw material industry (e.g. in the role of discarder or trader). You have probably already understood that an ISCC EU certification can provide demonstrable sustainability, compliance with EU RED requirements and also commercial metrics. You will go home with specific insights relevant to the "gaseous route" of ISCC EU; where the feedstock & raw material will thus be delivered to as waste and residual stream. 

Who is this course intended for?

Anyone interested in learning about ISCC EU with a deepening focus on the biogas, green gas and bio-LNG industry from their role as a supplier to this industry. It may also be for individuals/employees of entities who wish to become ISCC EU certified in the near future. Also particularly suitable for new team members who have just started in a new role and have a link in their field of work to ISCC EU. Also worth noting; regular training is a necessity to meet ISCC audit criteria.

What is covered in the training?

Overview of the ISCC system, system requirements for the different markets (especially biofuels), supply chains ins and outs, certification processes, conducting sustainability audits, supply chain elements and especially Point of Origin, traceability and chain of custody, GHG calculation, tips and tricks, best practices, Dutch relevant parts in relation to ISCC EU and short cases (all focused on feedstock & raw material supply to biogas/green gas/bio-LNG).
